Purpose
:
Management and supervision of staff
Management and co-ordination of maintenance
contractors
Management of the Hospital’s mechanical infrastructure
systems
Coordinate and schedule preventative maintenance jobs
and tasks to minimise breakdowns
Contract and office administration
To undertake general mechanical tasks in a timely and
professional manner
