International students who have paid an International Deposit for an upcoming term may request a refund OR

deferral prior to the start of classes. Refunds of the International Deposit are only provided to students who have

been denied a Study Permit and provide the original Study Permit Denial letter with this form. Please submit this

form to any Student Enrolment Services office by mail, fax or in person.

*Students who chose to defer the International Deposit are required to submit a new International Application for

Admission and the applicable international application fee. The International Deposit can only be deferred to a maximum

of two subsequent consecutive semesters. All current policies regarding the international deposit remain applicable.
