2013 VOLLEYBALL PROGRAM

To whom it may concern,

I am writing on behalf of The Foley High School 2013 Volleyball Program. This is an

opportunity for twenty-eight girls to represent their school and community with pride.

The cost for each student to play is around $500.00. This includes their clothing package (shoes,

socks, kneepads, shorts, team T-shirt), tournament fees (which includes entry fees and meals for the girls

at the tournament), travel expense (bus, bus driver and gas) and some new equipment (uniforms, ball carts

and antennas). As a program, we will have to raise $16,200.00 for upcoming expenses for the 2013

season. The Junior Varsity and the Varsity teams will be doing fundraisers to help offset this cost. Some

of the girls would not be able to play if we did not hold fundraisers or have team sponsors.

On behalf of these girls, I am asking for you to consider supporting them with a donation to the

volleyball program. Our girls live in the surrounding cities of Lillian, Elberta, Summerdale and Foley.

All monies raised will be used on expenses for the girls. Please make checks payable to Foley High

School Volleyball Team. Any donation is greatly appreciated.

The name of sponsors who donate $75.00 or more will be on the back of the girls team T-shirt as

an advertisement and you will receive entry passes to all home regular season matches. Thank you for all

of your support!!!
