Hospitalization.
Should
l needs to be hospitalized then the staff team should inform Acme
Care Ltd.
Reviews of Care Plan.
These should be held every 6/12 months or sooner if requested.
Advocate Details
Costings.
Monday – Friday
hours over five days at £ per hour
Saturday – Sunday hours over two days at £ per hour
Weekdays over five days at £
Sleep in duty
weekends over two days at £
Sleep in duty
Mileage – per mile. Client may pay staff directly if they are using the staff
member’s vehicle (business insurance is required on said vehicle a copy of which
is held on file) or the client can request to be invoiced.
Giving a weekly total of £
These costing will be reviewed at the end of the financial year and every twelve
months thereafter.
Invoices will be forwarded to
requesting prompt payment. A copy of the
invoice will be forwarded to you for your reference if requested.
Fast Response
Fast response is available 24 hours a day.
It is only to be used as an emergency.
We will endeavor to have a member of our care team to you within the hour.
We cannot guarantee this, or that you will know the member of the care team.
You will be charged at double the normal hourly rate for the time of day.
An hours charge is the minimum rate.
Community activities
During community activities the client is expected to purchase a drink for their
personal assistant should they themselves have one. Staff are expected to
purchase their own meals at all times unless they are engaged on a 24hr care
