21. CONTINUITY OF EMPLOYMENT

The Employee agrees that nothing in this contract is to be interpreted to suggest that there should

be any expectation of continuity of employment from hour to hour. The Employee acknowledges

that he/she is engaged on an hourly basis.

22. CONFIDENTIALITY

(a)

The Employee agrees that during the period of his/her employment or at any time

thereafter, he/she will not disclose to any unauthorised person confidential company

information.

(b)

The Employee further agrees not to make use of any information, process, papers or

documents to which he/she may have access, during the period of his/her employment or

at any time thereafter except on behalf of the Company.
