ENTIRE AGREEMENT:
Landlord and Tenant agree that this Lease and all attached Addendums spell out all the terms, agreements, and
understandings between Landlord and Tenant about the Apartment.
NOTICE:
YOU, AS THE TENANT, ARE GIVING UP CERTAIN IMPORTANT RIGHTS. YOU ARE WAIVING
YOUR RIGHT TO HAVE A NOTICE SENT TO YOU BEFORE THE LANDLORD STARTS A COURT
ACTION TO RECOVER POSSESSION FOR NONPAYMENT OF RENT OR FOR ANY OTHER REASON.
YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO HAVE AN ATTORNEY REVIEW THIS LEASE BEFORE YOU SIGN IT

BY SIGNING BELOW, I AGREE THAT I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND ALL THE TERMS AND

ATTORNEY GENERAL ONLY MEANS THAT SIMPLE, UNDERSTANDABLE AND EASILY READABLE LANGUAGE IS USED. IT
IS NOT AN APPROVAL OF THE CONTENTS OR LEGALITY OF THE CONTRACT.
