your
convenience,
requests
can
be
made
on
a
24-hour
basis
through
our
resident
portal
on
Normal service hours are Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., but
not on major holidays. The Management office handles emergencies on an “as needed” basis. Emergency maintenance
requests MUST be called in (No heat, no A/C, uncontrollable plumbing leaks, etc.). If Tenant damages any item due to
negligence on Tenant’s part, either during the time Tenant lives in the Apartment or when Tenant leaves, Landlord will
charge Tenant as follows:
