Dear [Name of Camp/After School Program],

I saw your flyer in PS 9's main office, and I thought I'd reach out to see if you wanted to

participate in our auction.

My daughter is a student at PS 9, located on 84th Street and Columbus Avenue, and our annual

auction is this March. We're also doing an early online auction for camps and winter/spring

classes, so it might be great to get your name out to our 700+ families who participate and let

them know that you’re out there. You can donate a couple of holiday camps, summer camp,

after-school classes, anything and everything that would show what you're all about. Maybe

even host a party with theater games! Parties always go for a lot of money and help the

businesses gain exposure to multiple families.

All auction proceeds pay for the salaries of our teaching assistants, which we desperately need

given the large class sizes, and other enrichments like chess, art, music, Spanish, and a

librarian. So, please donate whatever you like that will give the [name of business] experience.

We can't do it without local businesses like you!
