REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICATION FOR A VISITORS’ VISA
1. One recent passport photograph
2. Valid passport - at least three months before reaching the date of expiry
3. Completed Application Form
4. Supporting documents/Motivation letter explaining briefly the purpose,
and an invitation letter from the host institution and an itinerary including
accommodation arrangements.
5. Single Entry - R80.00.
6. Multiple Entries:
3 Months - R300.00
6 Months - R700.00
9 Months - R1000.00
12 Months - R1300.00
7. NO CASH payments will be accepted for application of entry visas to the
Kingdom at the High Commission.
8. Applicants should deposit cash (no money transfers) into designated bank
account and submit the original deposit slip as proof of payment for
application fee.

10. Consular Section (VISA) hours are between 09H00 and 12H30 on

Nationals from the countries listed below ARE NOT required to obtain a visa, when
traveling to Swaziland.
British subjects being “ citizens of the United Kingdom and colonies’’. Nationals of
Androna, Argentina, Austria, Australia, Bahamas, Barbados, Belgium, Botswana,
Bosnia-Herzegovina, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark,
Estonia, Finland, France, Gambia, Germany, Ghana, Greece, Greenland, Hungary,
Kenya, Latvia, Lesotho, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Madagascar, Malawi,
Malaysia. Malta, Monaco, Nauru, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Papua New
Guinea, Poland, Russia, Portugal, Samoa(Western), San Marino, Serbia Seychelles,
Sierra Leone, Singapore, Slovenia, Solomon Tonga, Trinidad and Tobago, Turkey,
Uganda, The United States of America, Ukraine, Uruguay, UN passport holders,
Yugoslavia Zambia and Zimbabwe. Namibia.
Nationals of the European Community Countries (other than British subjects) and other
countries not mentioned above require visas.
