CAMPING RESORT COMPANY REGISTRATION

Complete the application for registration as a camping resort company.

Attach copies of all information referenced and required in WAC 308-420-060.

Draft a copy of the public offering statement, referring to RCW 19.105.320 and WAC 308-420-

070 for assistance. A sample copy of a public offering statement is enclosed for your reference

and review.

Complete the Non-Disturbance Agreement enclosed.

Attach the appropriate licensing fee, made payable to the Washington State Treasurer.

Return the completed application, supporting documents, and licensing fee to:

WAC 308-420-120 requires a written disclaimer of endorsement on the public offering

statement and on all promotional materials. In addition, RCW 19.105.333 and WAC 308-420-
