Enter the name and phone number of the rack operator.
Enter the address of the rack operator.
Lines 1 through 5 are to be completed by entering the total net gallons reported on
Forms RPD-41307A, Rack Operator Schedules of Disbursements. Complete the
applicable rack operator disbursement schedules on Form RPD-41307A before
completing lines 1 through 5. For each type of disbursement, indicate the schedule type
6, 6X, 7, 10 or 10A, and the product type. Complete a separate schedule type for each
product type sold or exported. Transfer the total net gallons from the sum of all pages
for each schedule type and product type to the appropriate line on Form RPD-41307.

Line Instructions for Form RPD-41307, Rack Operator Report
Line 1 – Schedule types 6, Gallons sold to registered distributors or suppliers and
delivered in New Mexico, enter the total net gallons sold during the report month - for
each product type. See the column instructions.
Line 2 – Schedule types 6X, Gallons purchased and sold through exchange
agreements. Enter the total net gallons sold during the report month separating the
totals by gasoline products, special fuel products and other products. See the column
instructions.
Line 3 – Schedule types 7, Gallons exported directly outside of New Mexico. Enter the
total net gallons exported during the report month, separating the totals by gasoline
products, special fuel products and other products. See the column instructions.
Line 4 – Schedule types 10, Gallons sold and shipped directly to a registered Indian
tribal distributor located on Indian land. Enter the total net gallons exported during the
report month, separating the totals by gasoline products, special fuel products and other
products. See the column instructions.
Line 5 – Schedule types 10A, reporting gallons sold and shipped directly to a person
other than a registered Indian tribal distributor located on Indian land. Enter the total net
gallons exported during the report month, separating the totals by gasoline products,
special fuel products and other products. See the column instructions.
Column Instructions for Form RPD-41307, Rack Operator Report
For each schedule type, report gallons sold by the type of product sold or exported in
columns 1, 2 or 3.
Column 1 – Gasoline Products. Gasoline products include product types 065
Gasoline, 124 Gasohol, 125 Aviation Gasoline, and products classified as
gasoline as listed in the FTA product code list at the end of the instructions.
