New Mexico uses the product codes adopted by the FTA Motor Fuel Tax Section Uniformity Committee and
the Canadian Fuel Tax Council for reporting motor fuels. If a product code is not listed, see the FTA Motor
Fuels Uniformity Manual.
The FTA Codes listed under “Used in NM” are the product type codes to be used on Forms RPD-41307 and
RPD-41307A. The Fuel Type is provided to give guidance on how to report the different product types on
Form RPD-41307. See the table below.
