Major Responsibilities and Duties:
Serve guests, food, drinks and remove used tableware between courses; clear and reset tables before guests arrive and after
guests leave. Maintain a happy, friendly atmosphere for guest and co-workers.
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities Required:
Most enjoy entertaining and communication with the public
Must be 19+
Maintain strict confidentiality
Obtain service area assignment at the beginning of each shift.
Set service station and tables in area and have it ready for service
Know and features and 86’d items
Have proper uniform
Make sure to follow set up service and servers Functions and Responsibilities
Balancing daily sales and fill all paperwork out properly
Make sure all orders are correctly inputted in POS system
Clear tables after guests. Take tableware to dish room and place silverware, dishes, glassware, etc. in appropriate areas for
washing.
Between seating’s promptly clean table tops, chairs and booths. Check floor and clean as required. Reset and arrange
tabletop.
Respond appropriately to guest requests. Communicate guest requests to server as needed.
Communicate with restaurant manager, runners and hostess to assure efficient seating, table utilization and customer service.
Make sure all opening and closing checklists and clean duties are completed
Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly and courteous service at all times
Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by the restaurant
manager or immediate supervisor.
Any other duties that may be assigned periodically
Experience, Training, Certification and Education (demonstrating requirements):
Must have Serving It Right.
Previous banquet serving experience preferred.
Able to carry more than Two plates at once
Able to Carry Round Serving Trays.
Have working knowledge of the predominant language(s) of our guests.
Liaise with Game-Sense Advisors as required and promoting Game-Sense to our guests.
Responsible for providing professional and exceptional customer service in accordance with established company standards
