Product Consignment Agreement
I wish to consign product at Market on Main. I understand I will be providing goods for consignment with
Market on Main on a regular as-needed basis, proceeded by a phone call to check inventory levels. Fees are
calculated at 30% of the gross sales of these products. Payments will be by check and distributed at Market on
Main, unless other arrangements have been made. Product must be inventoried and priced for resale when
delivered to Market on Main, including assigned Vendor Number on all price tags. Product may only be
dropped off when Market Manager is present to check in inventory. I will provide a list off all product, as well
as prices, with each inventory delivery. I (the consigner) understand I am setting the price, must include all
sales tax, if necessary, and reducing the price is not at the discretion of the market manager. I accept all
liability for my products. I understand that all rules and courtesies outlined here will be followed and lack of
compliance will result in voiding this agreement and participation.
