Being the lawful developer of [________] at [________] and want to rent a piece of land
[________] of [________]to Lessee (“Site”).
(Hereinafter referred to as the “Lessor”).
WHEREAS:
1.
The Lessor is the lawful user of the Site
2.
The Lessee intends to apply for an Investment Certificate for the establishment of
[________] Company Limited, a company established in Ho Chi Minh City,
Vietnam (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), and would like to use the Site
for the purpose of locating the project [and the head office] of the Company.
NOW IT IS THEREFORE AGREED BY THE PARTIES AS FOLLOWS:
1.
After issuance of the Investment Certificate for the establishment of the Company by
the relevant authority in Vietnam, the Company will use the Site as its project
location [and head office].
2.
The Company and the Lessor will enter an official Lease Contract with the Rent to
be agreed by the Lessor and the Company, setting forth the terms and conditions for
using the Site, under which the Company will use the Site as its project location [and
head office], as soon as after the issuance of the Investment Certificate.
