23.
This MOU is made in 4 copies in both English and Vietnamese, both of language
versions shall have equal validity, one copy of each language shall be retained by
each Party and one shall be submitted to the relevant authority for the Investment
Certificate for the Company.
4.
This MOU comes into force as the signing date hereof, and shall continue in full
force unless an official Lease Contract for using the Site between the Company and
the Lessor is signed before expiry of the said period.
