FUNDING ARRANGEMENTS

Funds allocated by the

“Eg. Queensland Police Service, AAA Police

Station”:

4.1

Are specifically for the purpose of provision of the annual influenza vaccine and/or

the for the service of the administration of the vaccine

FRAMEWORK FOR COORDINATION

5.1

It is expected that the responsibilities as detailed in the Memorandum of

Understanding will be operationally monitored and coordinated by appropriate

staff from both

AAA Hospital and Health Service

and

Eg. Queensland Police

Service, AAA Police

Station.

6.1

The

Eg. Queensland Police Service, AAA Police Station

coordinator has

specific responsibility for communicating and briefing their Executive on all

issues that are considered to have service delivery consequences.

DURATION

The Memorandum will be inclusive of the

201x

Influenza season and to continue annually

hereafter until such time either party wishes to terminate the arrangement which is advised by

providing one months notice in writing to the other party.
