2. Shows trustworthiness concerning punctuality and documentation of hours

3. Demonstrates respect for the Center and its property

4. Uses an appropriate tone when speaking to the children and Parents

5. Uses good judgment in dealing with difficult situations with Children and Parents

6. Pays careful attention to Children while on the job

7. Maintains a positive attitude, suggestions are reported in a positive manner to the

responsible party

8. Avoids gossip and works harmoniously with other Employees

9. Dresses in a professional manner—appropriate with working with young Children

10. Maintains self-control in dealing with others in a difficult situation

11. Shows interest toward the Children and the position

12. Receives and accepts feedback well

13. Supports synagogue leadership and policies.
