Ø Minimum   2   y ears   p revious   e xperience   a nd/or   t raining   i n   m edical   r ecords.  
Ø Must   p resent   p roof   o f   h ighest   a cademic   l evel   o f   e ducation  
Ø Must   h ave   T wo   f orms   o f   i dentification   t o   m eet   t he   E mployment   E ligibility   V erification,     i .e.,  
drivers   l icense,   s ocial   s ecurity   c ard,   e tc.  
Ø Must   b e   w illing/agreeable   t o   w ork   w eekends   i f   n eeded.  
Ø Able   t o   t ravel   f rom   o ne   C CCHCC   s ite   t o   a nother   t o   p erform   d uties/tasks   a nd/or   d istribute  
documents,   a s   d eemed   n ecessary.  
Ø Must   b e   a ble   w ork   a t   b oth   C CCHC   l ocations,   i f   n eeded.  
Ø Familiar   w ith   m edical   t erminology    
Ø Proficient   i n   c omputer   a pplications   a nd   d ata   s ecurity
