Summary
The Grants Program Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative and programmatic support
for Arizona Health-e Connection (AzHeC) grant programs, including support for the grant programs staff
and Director, Programs. The Grants Program Coordinator serves as the customer relationship
management (CRM) system lead responsible for day-to-day administration and oversight of the system
as it relates AzHeC grants and program compliance.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Files and retrieves grant program documents, records and reports and maintains departmental
records.
Serves as the grant customer relationship management (CRM) system lead, including managing
grant program related user access to the CRM system.
Oversees the quality assurance process and assists in solving information issues within the
grants program CRM records.
Maintains and updates grant master project plans including but not limited to related project
plans, scope documents, schedules, trainings, communications and support plans, etc.
Works collaboratively with AzHeC team, partner organizations and grant subrecipients to
manage and maintain records needed to run and manage the grant programs.
Assists with the creation and production of reports required by federal, state and other funding
organizations, AzHeC management, partners, subrecipients and staff.
Oversees the tracking and coordination of daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly grant program
reports.
Manages user access to grant program sponsored websites for staff, partners, subcontractors,
participating clinicians and others.
Assist with the development and execution of grant program strategies as directed.
Assists as needed with the logistics of company events such as the annual Summit, forums,
webinars and other special events as related to grant programs.
Assists with training of staff and grant subrecipients relative to the grant program policies and
procedures.
Records minutes for bi-weekly and monthly grant program coordination meetings. Assists as
needed recording minutes for the AzHeC board of director, executive committee and health
information network leadership council meetings and other meetings, as needed.
