LOCAL RULE 54.1
CONDUCT IN THE COURT
(A)
Proper conduct is required of all attorneys, parties, court personnel, and other persons
who appear before the Court. Conduct that interferes with the proper administration of
justice is prohibited and shall subject the offender to sanctions or removal from the Court.
(B)
Proper attire is required of all persons who appear before the Court. A person who does
not appear in proper attire shall be subject to sanctions or removal from the Court.
(C)
No audio or video recording device may be used in any proceeding or communication
with the Court, unless expressly permitted by the Court.
