property; or (iii) apply for a reduction in the assessed value of a class 2, 3 or 4 property.
FORM TC108 MUST BE RECEIVED BY THE NYC TAX COMMISSION AT 1 CENTRE ST., RM. 936, NEW YORK, NY
10007 BY 5:00 P.M. MARCH 15, 2011.
If you received a revised notice of assessed value or a notice of apportionment from the Dept. of Finance dated after
February 23, 2011, the Tax Commission must receive your TC 108 within 20 calendar days after the date of that notice.

REPRESENTATIVE WAIVES REVIEW OF THE APPLICATION BEFORE IT IS SCHEDULED FOR REVIEW. IF ANY FEE IS UNPAID, REVIEW OF
YOUR APPLICATION MAY BE DENIED AND ANY OFFER OF CORRECTION REVOKED. THE FEE WILL BE INCLUDED ON THE REAL PROPERTY
