Throughout this document, Business Victoria has inserted example text to help guide
customers on how to complete each section in a business plan. The text is BLACK and
based on a fictional Bed and Breakfast company.
Once you have read this text and understood how each section is to be completed,
ensure that you replace or adapt this example text, with your own.

RED
is instructional and will disappear on “preview print” or “print”.
2. Double click the spreadsheets to activate and add your own information. Alternatively,
you can replace with excel spreadsheets from your accountant or exported from your
accounting program.
3. To add your own information on the spreadsheets Save the document regularly whilst
completing.
