Lesson 20: When to Take a Shower
Scenario:
Sarah has come to class today and has body odor. A few people
did not want to work with her in her group today because they
could not bear her smell. They have also decided not to invite
her to the barbeque in fear that she might smell that day too.
Sarah is now hurt that no one wants to eat lunch with her today.
What do you think Sarah should do to fix her problem?
Sarah has not showered in two days. She is not sure whether to
take her shower before bed or in the morning. She does not
know if she should wash her hair or not so she has not done any
of it.
It is extremely important to create your hygiene schedule or
morning/evening routines as soon as your schedule changes so
you do not skip showers and cause body order. It is also a good
idea to get this straightened out as soon as possible to avoid
being late to class, appointments, or meetings.
Objective: To be able to know when to take a shower
