the oval.
Lines 3 through 5.
Enter the member’s pro rata distributive share of the separately stated items of other PA taxable
income (loss) from the PA-20S/PA-65 Information Return. If reporting a loss on Line 3 and/or 5,
fill in the oval.
PART III. OWNER’S SHARE OF PA CREDITS
Enter the member’s pro rata distributive share of the separately stated credits that the PA S
corporation or partnership passes through to the owners from the PA-20S/PA-65 Information
Return.
Line 6. PA Nonresident Tax Withheld
Enter the PA nonresident tax withheld from nonresident partners and shareholders and remitted
to the PA Department of Revenue.
