Responsibilities:
• Writing legal document summaries.
• Performing research.
• Checking documents and forms for accuracy.
• Preparing reports and correspondence.
• Working directly with lawyers on cases/contracts.
• Assisting lawyers and legal staff in any and all capacities.
Qualifications:
• Paralegal certification required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Knowledge of research methods in a legal environment.
• Strong computer skills, including knowledge of electronic filing.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to take initiative when necessary.
• Strong communication skills.
