secured by the contractor if the contractor is the last individual in the work area.
11.
Other Direct Costs
ODC’s may be required for tasks under this contract and will be identified on the Task Orders as issued. All materials
purchased by the Contractor for the use under this contract are to be turned over to the Government once performance ceases
under the contract and any resultant task orders. The Contractor shall document the transfer of materials.
ODCs not to exceed $50,000.00 per year, inclusive of G&A.
12.
Period of Performance
12.1. The Period of Performance is from 30 August 2015 - 29 August 2016
12.2. The Option I Period of Performance is from 30 August 2016 - 29 August 2017
12.3. The Option II Period of Performance is from 30 August 2017 – 29 August 2018
13.
Hours of Operation
The Contractor is responsible for providing services, between the hours of 0730-1700 Monday thru Friday except Federal
holidays or when the Government facility is closed due to local or national emergencies, administrative closings, or similar
Government directed facility closings. The Contractor must at all times maintain an adequate workforce for the uninterrupted
performance of all tasks defined within this PWS when the Government facility is not closed for the above reasons.
14.
Other Pertinent Information or Special Considerations
All services provided shall be compliant with Electronic Information Technology Section 508 of Rehabilitation Act of 1973.
