COMMUNICATIONS

(a) Except as specified in paragraph (b) below, no order, statement, or conduct of Government personnel who visit

the Contractor's facilities or in any other manner communicates with Contractor personnel during the performance of

this contract shall constitute a change under the “Changes” clause of this contract.

(b) The Contractor shall not comply with any order, direction or request of Government personnel unless it is issued

in writing and signed by the Contracting Officer, or is pursuant to specific authority otherwise included as a part of

this contract.

SUP 5252.232-9400 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY – INCREMENTAL FUNDING (JAN 1992)

Option I of this task order is incrementally funded and the amount currently available for payment hereunder is

limited to $1,385,249.60 inclusive of fee. It is estimated that these funds will cover the cost of performance through

17 August 2017. Subject to the provisions of the clause entitled “Limitation of Funds” FAR 52.232-22 of the

General Provisions of this contract, no legal liability on the part of the Government for payment in excess of

$1,385,249.60 shall arise unless additional funds are made available and are incorporated as a modification to this

contract.
