Section 8 - UNE USF Support Calculation
For ETPs requesting High Cost support pursuant to Substantive rule 26.403, the following should be
used. If the service is provided partially through UNEs, the following example describes how to
calculate the appropriate amount of support to be allocated between CLEC-ETP and ILEC-ETP. For
partial UNE calculation, the UNE costs are determined using the HAI Model. The five UNE costs are
the loop, line port, end-office usage, signaling, and transport. For example if:
