Additional TUSF Information and Filing Considerations
Companies should be aware that penalties could be applied to filings received after the 25th
day of the current month.
Incomplete forms will be returned to company for completion and may result in late
filing penalties.
Forms without officer signatures will be considered incomplete forms and will be returned
for signatures and may result in late filing penalties.
Companies requiring subsequent changes and/or corrections to information initially filed
TUSF worksheet(s) should file a revised TUSF worksheet(s). Revisions should be filed for
errors such as filing incorrect data on a worksheet or arithmetical errors.
