Dear Sir or Madam:

Enclosed please find the application of CLIENT for a “T”

Nonimmigrant Visa Pursuant to the Trafficking Victims Protection Act of

2000. As demonstrated by the evidence set forth in her application, Ms.

CLIENT is eligible for a T visa because she:

1) is a victim of a severe form of trafficking;

2) has complied with any reasonable request for assistance in the

investigation and prosecution of the trafficking crime committed

against her;

3) is physically present in the United States on account of a severe

form of trafficking in persons; and

4) would suffer extreme hardship involving unusual and severe harm

upon removal from the United States.
