Coordinates training delivery to sales, sales management, and sales support personnel.
Directs and supports the consistent implementation of company initiatives.
Builds peer support and strong internal-company relationships with other key management
personnel.
Quickly develop comprehensive knowledge of our product, competition and marketplace, becoming
an expert resource for others.
Manages and grows CAF distribution sales and oversees current sales distribution coordinator.

Requirements: (check all that apply)
Undergraduate degree preferred
Minimum of 2 years experience of proven sales or sales management
experience in B2B sales environment
Ability to learn quickly, multi-task, as well as work independently and in a
team environment
Travel: Estimated 3-10 trips/yr
Interpersonal and relationship building skills required
Proven problem solving and analytical skills
Strong social, written and verbal skills
Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, PPT) and proven organization skills
Accuracy and attention to detail
Professional and consistent work habits, strong work ethic, driven to achieve
company goals
Satisfy pre-employment drug testing
Reside within 15 miles from CAF Office (Maple Valley, 98038)
