Restocks   a ll   d ishes,   g lassware,   u tensils,   p ots,   a nd   p ans.      
Breaks   d own,   c leans,   a nd   s anitizes   t he   d ish   m achine   a t   t he   e nd   o f   a   s hift.    
Bag   a nd   h aul   k itchen   t rash   t o   d umpster.    
Complete   o pening   a nd   c losing   c hecklists   f or   k itchen   s tations.   A ssists  
others   i n   c losing   t he   k itchen.    
Performs   a dditional   r esponsibilities,   a lthough   n ot   d etailed,   a s   r equested  
by   a   C hef,   S ous   C hef,   o r   K itchen   M anager   a t   a ny   t ime.    
Attends   a ll   s cheduled   e mployee   m eetings   a nd   b rings   s uggestions   f or  
improvement.    
 
 
QUALIFICATIONS:    
 
Knowledge   o f   b asic   s anitary   g uidelines.  
Can   o perate   d ish   m achines   t o   c ompany   a nd   m anufacturer   s pecifications.      
Knowledge   o f   b asic   d ish   m achine   o perations.    
Comprehensive   u nderstanding   o f   t he   E nglish   l anguage.    
Must   p osses   a   p ositive   a ttitude   a nd   w ork   w ell   w ith   o ther   t eam   m embers    
Must   b e   a ble   t o   w ork   u nsupervised    
Must   b e   a ble   t o   c ommunicate   c learly   w ith   m anagers,   k itchen   a nd   d ining  
room   p ersonnel.   B e   w illing   t o   f ollow   d irection   a nd   a sk   q uestions   f or  
clarification   i f   n eeded.      
This   p osition   w ill   s pend   1 00%   o f   t he   t ime   s tanding.   B e   a ble   t o   w ork   i n   a  
standing   p osition   f or   l ong   p eriods   o f   t ime   ( up   t o   7   h ours).  
Occasional   e nvironmental   e xposures   t o   c old,   h eat,   a nd   w ater.    
The   i ndividual   m ust   b e   a ble   t o   t ransport   u p   t o   5 0   p ounds   o n   o ccasion   a nd  
up   t o   3 5   p ounds   r egularly.      
Must   b e   a ble   t o   h ear   w ith   1 00%   a ccuracy   w ith   c orrection.    
Must   b e   a ble   t o   s ee   2 0/20   v ision   w ith   c orrection.
