Concluding Statement
Point of Statutory and/or Regulatory Reference: Contract Compliance Regulations Section 46a-68j-
27(10)
Affirmative action plans shall contain a concluding provision signed and dated by the contractor
stating that the contractor:
A)
has read the plan and that the contents of the plan are true and correct
to the best of his or her knowledge and belief;
B)
pledges his or her best good faith efforts to achieve the objectives of
the plan within established timetables.
INSTRUCTIONS:
The Concluding Statement must be signed and dated by the head of the company and by the
AA/EOE Officer. The signatures must be original and the dates must be current.
