SUMMARY OF JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
The HB1451 Program Coordinator is responsible to provide the administration and coordination of the Teller
County House Bill 1451 initiative; assure that the mission, intent, and purposes of Teller HB1451 are effectively
carried out; to draft and effectively execute policies as approved by the HB1451 Interagency Oversight Group (IOG)
and to comply with other IOG and State Steering Committee instructions and guidelines.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Develop, seek approval for, and implement the Teller HB1451 program within the context of established
guidelines and designated timeframes.
2. Develop and maintain positive relationships with Teller HB1451 partners and other community professionals
through coordination, communication and continuity. To include participating in community system building
initiatives that supports the integrated service delivery of Teller HB1451.
3. Act as liaison with the HB1451 State Steering Committee, OMNI and PSSF.
4. Accept, screen, and process referrals for Wraparound services; record all information in the OMNI ETO Data
Base and the PSSF Data Base as required for outcome reporting.
5. Provide guidance, coaching, supervision, training, coordination and feedback to Teller County Coach(s),
Facilitators, Family Support Partners and Project Respect.
6. Monitor the Community Evaluation Response Team (CERT) in Woodland Park and Cripple Creek.
7. Maintain statistics, reports and expenditures for Woodland Park and Cripple Creek Project Respect Programs.
8. Manage, coordinate and report to the IOG, Executive and ad-hoc committees in cooperation with the Chair.
9. Oversee data systems, including but not limited to, data collection, analysis, reporting, and technical
assistance for all Wraparound, Project Respect, Diversion, Family Group Decision Making and CASA’s
SEPT program.
10. Maintain and monitor budget for all programs. Monthly reports prepared for Executive Committee and
quarterly overview for the IOG.
11. Monitor delivery of services identified through Wraparound and Project Respect plans, as well as services
identified through Diversion and CASA’s SEPT Program.
12. Prepare and review quarterly goals and outcomes for the IOG and Executive Committee.
