13. Perform additional duties as assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: (The following requirements are necessary to reasonably ensure the County that

the individual selected for this position will be able to perform the essential functions/ tasks of the position).

Skills/Knowledge:

o Ability to administer programs

o Knowledge of integrated human services systems.

o Ability to promote consensus among diverse opinions and be sensitive to cultural and ethnic

diversity.

o Ability to balance multiple priorities, various goals and needs.

o Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with the IOG members and other

community representatives.

o Ability to make complex professional and administrative decisions.

o Ability to speak and write proficiently and effectively.

o Ability to work independently with direction from the Teller 1451 IOG Executive Committee.

Experience/Education: Bachelor’s Degree in social or behavioral science is required plus a minimum of three

(3) years of supervisory or management experience in a human services field is desired. Master’s degree in a

related field is preferred.

Visual Acuity/Hearing/Speaking: Must be able to communicate by talking and hearing in person and by

telephone; ability to see and read printed materials and documents, characters on a computer screen and office

machines.

(4)

Physical Effort/Dexterity: Ability to perform light physical work and to lift and carry up to 25 pounds; ability

to operate a computer keyboard, office machines and a vehicle; ability to stand, walk, sit, ride, climb, bend,

grasp and reach.

(5)

Environmental Factors: Work is normally performed in an office setting. Frequent travel to community and

State of Colorado meetings and trainings.

(6)

Work Schedule/Characteristics:

40 hours per week, subject to night and weekend meetings.

(7)

Special Requirements: Possession of a valid Colorado driver's license.
