This work plan template is a planning tool to assist your Work Group and relate its work to the overall
Geospatial Line of Business (LoB) program management strategy and schedule. The work plan
consists of four sections that support the identification of the following planning components: purpose,
current members, tasks, subtasks, deliverables, task schedule, and resource plans. Examples are
provided in blue font throughout the document.
