Spin a spinner like the one shown two times.

Create two-digit numbers.

Use each digit once to make as many two-digit
numbers as possible. Record the numbers.
Step 3
Create three-digit numbers.
Spin the spinner a third time. If it lands on a digit
already spun, spin again. Use the two digits spun in
step 1 and the digit you just spun to make as many
three-digit numbers as possible. Remember to use
each digit only once. Record the numbers you made.
Step 4
Create four-digit numbers.
Spin a fourth digit to go with the three digits you
previously spun. If the spinner lands on a digit you
already have, spin again. Use the fourth digit to
create as many numbers as possible.
