Be reminded that the recessional is part of the graduation ceremony. Therefore, students will be expected to
leave the graduation site as a graduating class (retracing the processional march). Parents and family members
are not allowed on the floor at anytime during the graduation ceremony.

EQUIREMENTS
The High School gymnasium will be a place to explore your physical boundaries and capabilities in order to
grow as an individual. In order to take full advantage of our Physical Education program we have put together
a list of simple guidelines to follow which will help you achieve your highest potential. Be Prepared
Everyday.
● White Tee Shirt, plain with no writing, logos, or emblems
● Gym shorts or sweatpants – gray, blue, or black
● NO JEANS OR CUT OFF JEAN SHORTS
● Athletic socks
● Sneakers
● No jewelry
1. Bring a lock for locker room use daily
2. Physical participation in class activities is mandatory.
3. Change only in the locker room. LOCKERS ARE TO BE USED ONLY DURING YOUR PE PERIOD.
3. Be seated on your assigned floor spot for daily attendance.
4. Warm-up calisthenics are a must everyday.
5. Warm-ups are an integral part of your PE class participation grade. Points will be
deducted if warm-ups are not performed.
6. Leadership opportunities will be provided in both Health and Physical Education class on a
daily basis. Leading warm-ups or “Do-Now” activities, small or large-group work and
closure in both the gymnasium and classroom will be made available to students who would
like the chance to display and improve their leadership skills.
