In order to expedite the smooth planning for field trips, it is necessary that every student desiring attendance on
an approved school trip secure a parental consent form (permission slip) from the teacher/sponsor in charge.
This slip must be signed by a parent and returned.
Field trip attendance does not exempt a student from assignments. It is the responsibility of the student to make
up any test, class work, or homework missed as a result of an approved field trip. All students must adhere to
the school’s behavior policy while attending a field trip. Failure to do so will result in disciplinary action. Only
students who have a satisfactory record of attendance will be permitted to attend field trips.
