in the rates of suspension and expulsions of children with disabilities for greater than 10
days in a school year divided by the number of districts in the State times 100: 7.11%.
B. Percent = the number of districts identified by the State as having significant discrepancies

Reporting of the indicator is a year in arrear; therefore, the target is the same as FFY 2007 and
targets for reporting in FFY 2009 and FFY 2010 have been adjusted to reflect this change.
