Overall Steps for Completing Performance Reviews
Five major steps exist for completing an employee’s formal performance review. These five
steps are:
1. Prepare and Review Documents
2. Organize and Prepare Performance Review Form
3. Evaluate and Rate performance of Job Duties and/or Goals
4. Complete Performance Review Form and Process
5. Finalize Performance Review Form and Conduct the Review with Employee
