CERTAIN BRIDGES AND TUNNELS

and tunnels referred to in subparagraph (A)(ii)

do not include bridges or tunnels located on

railroad or transit lines—

‘‘(i) over which service has been dis-
18
continued; or
19
‘‘(ii) that have been railbanked or oth-
20
erwise reserved for the transportation of
21
goods or passengers.’’.
