SEC. 1408. CONSOLIDATION OF PROGRAMS.

Section 1519(a) of MAP–21 (126 Stat. 574) is

amended by striking ‘‘From administrative funds’’ and all
4
that follows through ‘‘shall be made available’’ and insert-
5
ing ‘‘For each of fiscal years 2016 through 2021, before
6
making an apportionment under section 104(b)(3) of title
7
23, United States Code, the Secretary shall set aside, from
8
amounts made available to carry out the highway safety
9
improvement program under section 148 of such title for
10
the fiscal year, $3,500,000’’.
