Section 5336 of title 49, United States Code, is

amended—

(1) in subsection (a) in the matter preceding

paragraph (1) by striking ‘‘subsection (h)(4)’’ and
21
inserting ‘‘subsection (h)(5)’’;
22
(2) in subsection (b)(2)(E) by striking ‘‘22.27
23
percent’’ and inserting ‘‘27 percent’’; and
