ation’’ and inserting ‘‘capital, operations,’’;

(2) in subsection (b)—

(A) in paragraph (1)(B)—

(i) in clause (iv) by striking ‘‘and’’ at
22
the end;
23
(ii) in clause (v) by striking the period
24
at the end and inserting a semicolon; and
