PPLICABILITY OF EXISTING AGREE

.—Absent notification from an Indian

tribe that the Indian tribe is, withdrawing from

or retroceding the operation of 1 or more pro-

grams, services, functions, or activities (or por-

tions thereof) identified in a funding agreement,
17
or unless otherwise agreed to by the parties,
18
each funding agreement shall remain in full
19
force and effect until a subsequent funding
20
agreement is executed.

FFECTIVE DATE OF SUBSEQUENT

end of the term of the preceding funding agree-
