SEC. 3014. STATE OF GOOD REPAIR GRANTS.

Section 5337 of title 49, United States Code, is

amended—

(1) in subsection (d)—

(A) in paragraph (1) by striking ‘‘on a fa-
9
cility with access for other high-occupancy vehi-
10
cles’’ and inserting ‘‘on high-occupancy vehicle
11
lanes during peak hours’’;
12
(B) in paragraph (2) by inserting ‘‘vehicle’’
13
after ‘‘motorbus’’; and
14
(C) by adding at the end the following:

tioned to the recipient under this subsection for high
