(A) not later than 1 year after the estab-

lishment of the pilot program under subsection
19
(b), an interim report on the results of the re-
20
view conducted under paragraph (1); and
21
(B) not later than 60 days after the con-
22
clusion of the pilot program, a final report on
23
the results of the review conducted under para-
24
graph (1).
