‘‘(2) make recommendations to the Secretary

regarding the selection of projects to receive assist-

ance under the programs referred to in section

116(d)(1);

‘‘(3) review, on a regular basis, projects that re-
14
ceived assistance under the programs referred to in
15
section 116(d)(1); and
16
‘‘(4) carry out such additional duties as the
17
Secretary may prescribe.’’.
